#1 BODYONE WHEY-PLEX 360 Peach Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
1 c. unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
¾ c. frozen sliced peaches
1 c. frozen sliced strawberries
1 T. flax meal
2 scoops BODYONE WHEY PLEX 360 Strawberry Cream Milkshake powder
Prep
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on taste, you can add a little more liquid if you prefer. Otherwise, enjoy this as a frosty. It is really a delicious, satisfying treat.
#2 BODYONE WHEY-PLEX 360 Chocolate Almond Milkshake
It's rich, creamy and satisfies perfectly.
Ingredients
4 scoops BODYONE WHEY-PLEX 360 - Chocolate Cream Milkshake Flavor
2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
1 c. light almond milk or milk of choice. For example, coconut, soy, skim, etc.
1c. water
2 T. organic almond butter
Prep
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until thick and creamy. Serves 2.

Ingredients
2-4 scoops Delicious Vanilla Cream BODYONE WHEY-PLEX 360 Protein Powder
1 c. light coconut milk or milk of choice
1 c. water
1 ½ c. frozen mango chunks
1 c. mint leaves, washed and stemmed
1 T. organic coconut oil
Prep
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Bottoms up!
